Marc Montero
Bachelor's degree in Physical Activity and Sports Science (INEFC, University of Barcelona). UEFA A Coaching License. 15+ years of coaching experience: started at CE Europa, spent 3 years at FC Barcelona Academy in Barcelona, and 6 years as Barça Academy Director across Cali, Bogotá, Miami, and Santo Domingo — leading programs of 300 to 600 players each. Also served as Head of School at Pathway Pines for a year and a half.
Pablo Armengod
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (University of Barcelona) and a Master's in Marketing from FIU. Coached at Barça Academy Pro Miami for 4 years, and currently coaches at Atlético de Madrid Academy Miami. Has trained 500+ players in Miami through his own program, Coach Pablo.
